We are located at Unit #4-594 Broadway St, Tillsonburg, Ontario.

Our telephone hours are: Monday -Thursday 9am-8pm. Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am until noon. Please call 519-842-3636 to schedule an appointment.

Our lab is open Monday to Friday between 9-4. It is by appointment only for injections. Lab work is to be done at Lifelabs.

New-April 1, 2025 As a patient, you may not be aware that OHIP does not cover prescription renewals and it is considered an uninsured service. If you need a prescription renewal, please book an office visit or telephone consultation in which case OHIP will cover the fee. If you would like your prescription renewed without a visit/phone consult, the fee is $20.00.

You may choose to pay for Uninsured Services on a "Pay Per Service" basis, or you have the option of purchasing yearly Extended/Block Fee Coverage.
